Bulldozer

Just as our crazy bed
Made me want to bear his children
He bulldozed me
With cardboard perception

I burst into three, four and five dimensions
As the places my life had preserved
With pieces of myself
Returned and asked to be remembered

He left my crazy bed
Unmade by a brief jealousy
Of prospective sites
For future demolition.
